How long have we been in business?

Since 1993! The Certified Network Group has been helping businesses grow with IT solutions and managed services  for over 15 years.

 

With the Managed Service Program, how often are we on-site to address your needs?

We know your core business is not computers but many aspects of transactions and information collection depend on an efficient network system. Therefore we minimize our visits to keep staff from interrupting your valuable business time.

We are able to monitor, and service your network remotely on a 24/7 basis. However, if any needs arise for us to be on-site, we will address those needs immediately with our 4 hour response time 24/7.

How do we keep hardware up to date?

Certified Network Group, Inc. is an Authorized IBM, Lenovo, Cisco, Wideband, Intel and Microsoft business partners, including business relationships with HP (printers), Sony, Seagate, Linksys, etc.  If you choose our Managed Service Platinum program we will replace all your work stations every 3 to 4 years(depending on the number of systems) with new IBM/Lenovo machines.

 

What if I want a bigger monitor?

Included in our  Managed Service Platinum Program we will replace all your computer work stations every 3 to 4 years with new IBM/Lenovo machines. If a monitor goes out it will be replace with a new 19" monitor.

 

Where do we go?

Depending on your level of CNG’s Managed Service program we are able service your network anywhere in the US.

Is there a minimum number of computers we will maintain?

We will provide services for businesses with as few 2 workstations and no maximum number.

Do we answer the telephone at 3:00am?

How we share information and knowledge about networks?

Through our software important information about your network is recorded in a knowledge base on a regular basis. This way any of our Certified Technicians have access to the information to be able to address your needs and resolve issues which may arise. This eliminates the dependence of a single person knowing and remembering this critical information.
